The modular system we sell are extremely flexible and many of the products have different applications. For example, if necessary, drawers can be rearranged within the module or replaced with a locker door, extension frames can be used as extension legs and modules with a square base can rotated 90, 180 or 270 degrees in the system. The latter is particularly useful when mounting products to face a side door.

 Individual customer requirements are varied; the whole objective of providing a modular racking system is to satisfy these specific needs.
A well-designed system offers safe, secure stowage of tools and equipment. Incorporating slip-resistant flooring, tow steps and grab handles can help reduce the chances of accidents occurring.

Ultra- High Strength Light Weight Steel & Fully Crash Tested

Ultra-high strength steel is four times stronger than mild steel. Its extreme strength enables constructions in substantially thinner steel plate, which means light-weight products. However, designing in ultra-high strength steel is not as easy as it might sound. To get good rigidity with thinner steel normally requires modifying the shape.

The new shelves have a rolled edge that counteracts flexure (bending). This patent-pending designs allows for a weight reduction of up to 40 percent compared with the equivalent shelf in mild steel.
